The ClarityDX Prostate test is currently available in Saskatchewan at two LifeLabs collection sites for $300 + Frozen Specimen Handling ($200).

Please take the requisition forms Monday – Thursday before 1pm to the designated collection sites listed here:

Where do I go to have my blood sample collected?

Your sample can be collected at two LifeLabs collection sites in the province of Saskatchewan.

How long will my results take?

The requisitioning healthcare provider will receive your ClarityDX Prostate test result within ten (10) business days from the time our laboratory receives your blood sample. Your healthcare provider will contact you to discuss your ClarityDX Prostate® test result and options for the next steps regarding your prostate health.

Is the ClarityDX Prostate test covered by Saskatchewan Health or my insurance?

ClarityDX Prostate is currently available as a private pay test and is not covered by Saskatchewan Health. It may be eligible for reimbursement through your employer’s health spending account.
